We understand that customers are not always 100% satisfied with the product although we do guarantee it and ensure our products live up to your expectations. If this is the case, please return it in its original condition, unworn with all tags attached and within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This would be indicated on the product description, if it’s not, then refunds/exchanges are eligible.
How to Make A Return:
- Please return your item with the invoice you receive with your order.
- The item must be repacked, along with the returns form/ invoice in the same condition as it was received.
- Return to the address detailed on the Invoice.
- We recommend using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery so your parcel is insured and can be tracked. The London Deals cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel whilst in transit.
- The London Deals does not cover the cost of returning the item.
• If the item meets all our requirements (unworn, odour free with all tags attached) a refund will be processed no later than 14 days from the date we have received your returned goods.
• The London Deals will not refund the cost of the original delivery fee.
• If the item is faulty please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org for a pre-paid returns label. Once received, we will resolve the issue. If we do not receive a pre-paid label request from you via email, we will not be able to reimburse you for return postage.
• Please include the invoice you receive with your order, stating which item (s) you wish to exchange and the reason on the invoice.
• Please post the invoice along with the items you wish to exchange.

• We only offer an exchange of the same product in a different size or colour.
• Exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed.
• Once an exchange has been approved it will be sent out to you free of charge only once. (This only applies to UK-mainland orders, outside of UK will incur a cost.)
• If we are unable to exchange the item we will email you with an explanation and offer a full refund minus the original shipping charge to you.
