1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
At Look, we provide FREE Standard delivery to any address within UK. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports, and Jurong Island.
On the front, we deliver to most countries that our logistics partners have affiliates in, and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely. For a list of countries that we deliver to and our charges, you may select your item and proceed to the checkout page as charges are based on weight & volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.
2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorisation, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.
There are 2 delivery options available for customer, Standard and Express courier.
Standard Courier – is FREE for all local orders and it takes approximately 5 working days to reach you from the time of order.
Next Day Courier – is available at an additional charge,have to order before 11.00am
To serve you better, you may even choose the timing of your deliveries from 9am to 10pm, weekdays or Saturdays, regardless of Standard or next day couriers.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Most Wanted uk ships all small parcels through royal mail unless otherwise noted. If you would like us to ship using another carrier (i.e. hermes,or a special carrier) please notify us by email!
Before our products are shipped, each item is carefully inspected and packaged so that it arrives in perfect condition. Note that your invoice will be included on your parcel.
Orders will be shipped within 24-48 business hours upon receipt of payment. You will then receive a notification email with details on how to track your parcel’s progress. All orders will be sent to the shipping address that you provide at checkout.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by carrier malfunctions or items that are lost in transit. If this is of concern to you, express shipping can be organized for your order at an additional cost. Please email us for more information.
As the recipient, you are liable for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centres. A standard shipping fee will be incurred for all parcels re-sent from our warehouse.

3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS
For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
